Respawn locations are invisible markers in a level that indicate where the player will appear when he is brought back to life after dying. A level may have any number of respawn locations; when the player dies, he reappears at the nearest respawn location. When the player reappears, the camera may either scroll or jump immediately to his new location. If a level does not have any respawn locations, it reloads and starts from the beginning when the player loses a life. In the Levels Window, respawn locations resemble ghosted versions of the player sprite image.
Respawn Locations may be added to levels and manipulated as described in the Adding Level Objects and Level Object Manipulation sections.
